Founder’s message

With our complete range of Urological medical equipment, we aim to support the urologists in providing the best care to the patients.

As a pioneer in Urological medical device manufacturing in India, we have catered to urological fraternity for the past 30 years. 

The necessity of Indigenous medical devices in India motivated me to start my journey in this field. My aim was to develop high-quality, reliable and affordable urological medical devices.

Driven by this aim and guided by insights from the experts in this field, I launched the first Pneumatic Lithotripter in India in 1996. The appreciation received from the urologists pushed me further on the path of innovation, leading to the development of a range of urological medical devices like Uroflowmetry systems, Urodynamic Measurement Systems, Peristaltic Infusion Pumps, and the indigenous Holmium YAG Laser Lithotripter.

Our vision has always been to provide high-quality medical devices to the healthcare providers, along with exceptional after-sales service.

• Founded ‘Status Medical Equipments’
• Developed Calculiclast: one of the first ‘Make-in-India’ Pneumatic Lithotripter and
• Developed Peristaltic Infusion Pump: Digital Hydromat

1996

• Developed India’s First Gravimetric Uroflowmeter
• Weight type sensor based system

2002 - Designed and Developed Urodynamics Measurement System: UROCOMP 2000

2008 - New design of Calculiclast Handtool improving overall performance and efficiency

2013 - Design and development of Auto-Tersus: a self-cleaning Uroflowmeter. Filed for USA patent.

2016

• Designed and Developed Wireless Uroflowmeter: One-of-its kind design with RF technology
• Received US-patent for self-cleaning technology

2017 - Design and Development of Astra-30: 30W Holmium YAG Laser Lithotripter – first ‘Made in India’

2021 - Introduction of Next Generation UROCOMP-2000 which includes additional programs like Leak point pressure measurement, Biofeedback for Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation, Anorectal Manometry

2023 - Design and Development of application based Uroflowmeter allowing access of Uroflowmetry reports from anywhere
